Voice Carrier announces LodgeComm™ a substantial upgrade to our Hospitality & Assisted Living Hosted VoIP Telecommunications Service.

Standard or Deluxe Property Management System (PMS Options)

Voice Carrier hotel customers can choose either Standard or Deluxe PMS options. The standard option is more cost-efficient but still includes all the base features such as enable room mailbox, register maid status codes, and control long distance. The deluxe option includes all the features of the standard package plus enhanced features such as: occupants receiving, call the front desk messages, guest language options, and send all outside call attempts to the operator.  The deluxe option also includes a second portal option to manually override the PMS in the event of a system failure.  This allows you to still check rooms in and out manually.

Voice Carrier’s LodgeComm provides every hotel with a free cloud-based PBX and a free duplicate cloud-based PBX that’s backed up daily, free 24/7/365 American based remote support, free 24/7/365 security monitoring and over 100 free standard features. Double Redundancy Network Operating Center (NOC) Backup

Voice Carrier takes every measure possible to ensure its hospitality and assisted living customers’ phone service is never down. It has two NOCs located in different parts of the country that automatically fail over to each other in the event of a catastrophic disaster.  If a customer’s physical location experiences a localized outage such as loss of power or internet service, Voice Carrier’s LodgeComm can forward incoming calls to cellphones, other locations, or home phones wherever the customer desires.

Multiple Installation Options

Voice Carrier offers four different installation options to best fit your needs. Customers can choose to self-install their system, or we can preprogram their hardware and ship it to them for plug-and-play capability.  They also can choose to work with a local reseller affiliated with Voice Carrier or with a national reseller affiliated with Voice Carrier.

Hotel / Occupant Safety

Voice Carrier takes customer safety very seriously. LodgeComm not only meets but exceeds all local, state, and federal 911 requirements. It also provides each property with free front desk notification capabilities when anyone in the hotel dials 911.  During a past Texas ice storm, one of our COLO’s was experiencing a network outage due to commercial power failure.  Voice Carrier was able to failover all its hotel customers to its California cloud, which kept them all up and running with no service interruption.
