PAR Springer-Miller Systems, Inc. has announced that Moonstone Hotel Properties has selected ATRIO® PMS as its cloud property management system for its collection of five properties ion California and Oregon.

"We chose ATRIO PMS to manage our properties because we were impressed with how easy it is to use," said Bram Winter, general manager for Moonstone Hotel Properties. "We love the simplicity and the ease of use that will facilitate training across all of our five properties."

A true, native cloud solution, ATRIO moves hospitality to a new user experience and a new way of doing business. By leveraging all the capabilities of Microsoft Windows Azure, ATRIO dramatically reduces on-property technology requirements and data security risks. PAR Springer-Miller employs agile development methods with ATRIO, resulting in frequent product releases and the ability to react quickly to market needs for new features.

"The notion of moving to the next generation property management solution in the cloud, without the hardware investment of traditional PMS, attracted us to ATRIO PMS," said Winter. "The move from a capital expense to an operation expense with the SaaS model of service will also allow us to be more nimble in how we can allocate our resources."

"Moonstone Hotel Properties represents some of the most exquisite garden-themed properties on the west coast, and we're delighted to welcome their properties to the growing list of ATRIO PMS users," said Larry Hall, president and CEO of PAR Springer-Miller. "The garden-themed design makes each property a truly unique experience, and we look forward to doing our part to help the properties deliver the service excellence they seek."

With ATRIO, PAR Springer-Miller Systems has pioneered and delivered a new generation of technology for the hospitality industry; moving the hospitality industry to the cloud, to a new user experience, and to a new way of doing business. The ATRIO hospitality technology platform continues to expand with ATRIO POS and ATRIO distribution, reducing the total cost of ownership (TCO) for hoteliers and management companies by embracing true cloud computing, minimizing on-property technology, and reducing implementation and training costs to increase staff efficiency and productivity.
