CallTek Names Josh Bergen as Chief Growth Officer
CallTek, a worldwide leader in support for technology operators and service providers, has named Josh Bergen, CHAE, CHTP as Chief Growth Officer.
With more than three decades of experience leading customer-focused and growth-oriented teams, Bergen brings to CallTek a breadth of experience across technology, customer service, finance and operations. His appointment comes at a pivotal time in the company’s history as it strengthens its commitment to innovative technology support solutions with the backing of its parent company, Allied Global.
In his new role, Bergen will lead CallTek’s growth strategy across sales, customer experience, product development and marketing, with a focus on increased value for customers and accelerating the company’s position as a leader in key markets.

Most recently, Bergen served as CEO and President of a leading MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider), a data protection and regulatory compliance solutions provider for the hospitality industry. His career spans more than 30 years across a variety of hospitality, technology, contact center and accounting-focused organizations. He has even shared his knowledge with the next generation as a professor.
Bergen will report to the Allied Global board of directors and operate from the East Coast of the United States.
