CallTek Names Becky Cooper Talent Acquisition Manager
CallTek, a worldwide leader in support for technology operators and service providers, has named Becky Cooper as Talent Acquisition Manager. In this new role, she will lead the company’s worldwide recruitment efforts for their contact center and field service core offerings.
Throughout her career, Cooper has successfully implemented recruitment systems and processes that have resulted in hiring for more than 15,000 positions at contact centers and field positions as well as the executive level in North America, the Caribbean and Latin America.

Cooper began her recruiting career in higher education before transitioning into talent acquisition for contact center and management roles with a major hotel brand. She has since led hiring efforts for companies in customer experience support and waste management services. Her expertise in language assessments, technical skill evaluations, and identifying cultural alignment will be a valuable asset to our recruitment strategy.

She holds Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Perdue Worldwide. Cooper is based on the East Coast of the United States.
