CallTek, a worldwide leader in support for technology operators and service providers, has named Kevin Spruill as Vice President of Sales and Customer Success.

In this new role, Spruill will lead the company’s North American sales efforts across all industries including hospitality, broadband, multi-dwelling housing and other related markets. He will work closely with CallTek’s customers and team members to ensure that the company consistently meets the desired outcomes.

Spruill began his career in the technology sector as a Radio Technology Operator in the U.S. Army. With over two decades in engineering, sales and customer success, he has consistently represented some of the industry’s largest companies with an emphasis on hospitality.

“Kevin’s extensive experience with our customer base and cross-cultural insight makes him a value asset to our executive team. He understands CallTek and what is expected to meet the high level of service expectations our customers expect,” said Josh Bergen, Chief Growth Officer, CallTek.

Spruill earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Liberty University and is a Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional (CECP). He is based on the East Coast of the United States.
