Digital Alchemy Continues Expansion into Spa Market with Debut of eClub Opt-In Client Messaging System

This specialized opt-in email marketing software solution was specifically designed to meet the client communication needs of day spas and hotel spas, and can be seamlessly integrated into the spa's website. Through the Spa eClub platform, guests are invited to provide their name, email address and zip code as well as choose the types of messages they want to receive from the spa. The eClub software does not allow an invalid or duplicate email address to be entered, thus creating a 100% accurate database of usable client email addresses. Spa guests also have the option to request the specific types of emails they want to receive, such as treatment specials, retail promotions, special events and appointment reminders. This helps maximize guest satisfaction and loyalty, since they will only receive the types of emails they approve in advance.
