FCS Computer Systems (FCS) has signed an agreement to add Global Gossip Group to its valued business partnership program.

Along with maintaining networks for partners in 11 countries and acting as hospitality's leading provider of high-speed Internet access (HSIA) throughout the Pacific Rim, Global Gossip Group will additionally be able to provide access to the industry's most advanced operational and guest satisfaction enhancing solutions.

Since its founding in 1997, Global Gossip Group has earned a reputation for delivering guest Internet solutions, including full property management system integration to some of the leading hospitality providers worldwide. With services that include wired and wireless HSIA to hospitality, mining, education and assisted living markets worldwide, Global Gossip Group expects the new FCS partnership will enhance long-term relationships with its clients by providing a greater range of innovative solutions that lead to increased guest satisfaction and ROI. The move also serves to bolster the company's growing focus on delivering leading guest technology platforms throughout the Pacific Rim region.
"We see FCS as a quality product and a logical partner to take to market in the region," said Anthony van der Byl, CEO at Global Gossip Group. "We look forward to working with FCS across all of our vertical markets and welcome the FCS Hospitality Solutions to our line up."
As a valued business partner, Global Gossip Group can now provide its client base with access to FCS' Hotel Operations Management Applications suite, comprised of e-Connect, e-Housekeeping, e-Recovery, e-Engineering and e-Concierge. The multi-language, web-based applications streamline a multitude of back-of-house and guest-facing hotel operations needs, from real-time maintenance requirements to housekeeping management to guest issue tracking and a comprehensive customer relationship management platform. The applications can seamlessly interface with the hotel industry's most popular property management systems, and can be implemented either à la carte or as the full comprehensive suite, FCS Rainbow. The applications feature mobile apps, allowing hotel staff to stay connected from anywhere on property.
"We are very enthusiastic regarding the formation of a strategic partnership with the predominant provider of HSIA and guest Internet products for properties located within Pacific Rim countries," said Trudi Chambers, FCS country manager for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. "By offering the opportunity to provide the full line up of both FCS and Global Gossip Group solutions, participating properties can ensure that any guest needs regarding Internet use and related hotel services are fully addressed."
