GuestTek™ has consolidated its global presence with a refreshed identity including an updated logo and new tagline that reinforces its commitment to helping hotels everywhere connect confidently.

“With our strategic acquisitions like iBAHN and TelNet, GuestTek’s incredible growth in the global hospitality market and our breakthroughs in product design, we recognized the need for a fresh, new corporate identity,” said Arnon Levy, CEO of GuestTek. “The new branding reflects our expanded global leadership position while retaining many of the core elements from our 18 years of history serving the hospitality market and the confidence and peace of mind we provide our customers.

To develop this refreshed branding, GuestTek undertook extensive research with its customers to gain insights into their perceptions and beliefs about GuestTek and the industry as a whole.  This research revealed GuestTek to be in a unique position to address the top challenges faced by today’s hoteliers:

  • Providing connectivity for their guests
  • Keeping pace with change
  • Delivering a great guest experience

“In revitalizing GuestTek’s identity we focused on our strengths relative to the global hotel industry,” said Don Moore, CMO of GuestTek. “The new branding builds on our existing brand equity while clearly communicating GuestTek’s leading abilities to resolve problems quickly, scale to meet any property’s needs and deliver a consistent experience to our guests. We also wanted our updated branding to better reflect how GuestTek plays a key role in helping hoteliers around the world enable their guests to engage with technology, helping them feel just a bit more at home.”

GuestTek is also retiring the iBAHN name and branding. The company will continue providing its high level of service to all iBAHN customers under the unified global GuestTek brand.
