Hilton Hampton Inn Houston Features Guest-tek's Voice iACT Solution

Guest-tek™ Voice iACT Solution will now be implemented at the Hilton Hampton Inn Houston.

This innovative feature was added to the technology provider’s OneView platform when Guest-tek partnered with the communications technology company iACT last October.

The Voice iACT Solution is cloud-based and offers many advantages over traditional PBX systems including more features, lower cost, easier maintenance and upgrades. In most cases, the iACT Solution also requires less power from a hotel property to operate.

“We are excited to be including Guest-tek’s new iACT Voice Solution in our lineup of features at the Hampton Inn Houston Galleria”, says Ken Barnes, vice president of IT at White Lodging Services. “This will be a welcome addition for both our staff and clientele at this hotel.”
