HotSOS 2.2 Released by Newmarket

Newmarket® International, Inc. has announced the release of HotSOS 2.2.

HotSOS is an enterprise level, web-based solution that addresses day-to-day hotel operations. Its core capabilities include preventive work scheduling, proactive rapid response, guest incident and request management, and storage and tracking of guest histories. HotSOS also provides powerful reporting capabilities so managers can view and analyze data to identify areas for growth. The capabilities of HotSOS allow hotels to increase operational efficiency and guest satisfaction through automation and process improvement.

Highlights of the HotSOS 2.2 release include:

  • Image and file attachments via HotSOS (thick client), REX and HotSOS Mobile to improve incident resolution as well as validate care and condition of rooms/equipment
  • Amenity posting from REX and H2GO with streamlined inventory tracking and posting to PMS guest accounts
  • Enhanced integration between HotSOS and HotSOS Mobile to improve the work assignment process and employee productivity
  • Expanded REX integration with HotSOS (thick client) making all REX consoles available based on user roles
  • New preventive maintenance orders, introducing functionality at the step level with more robust labor tracking and condition monitoring of rooms/equipment
