Hotel Angeleno Boosts Social Reach with Flip.to

Hotel De Angeleno has amplified its social reach by 75,000 people since going live with Flip.to in January.

Flip.to helps turn the hotel's guests into advocates right at the point of booking. Those advocates share with their social networks about their upcoming trip and that they'll be staying at Hotel Angeleno. This generates exposure to a pool of people in a trusted, branded way that the hotel could never reach on its own. Flip.to then works to convert that exposure into new guests.

"When we first saw Flip.to we thought it was a clever, unorthodox way to turn our guests into evangelists for our brand," said Jess Puccinelli, marketing manager for Hotel Angeleno. "We thought it would be a good fit for our overall strategy and would help us increase our reach. Since we started using Flip.to, our reach on Twitter and Facebook has increased exponentially. Plus through the incentives we use for our advocates, we have created more awareness for our in-house restaurant and are seeing an increase in guest usage of it."
