In addition to using Crave’s award-winning in-room tablets to view property information, order food and beverage, access entertainment and control room electronics, guests can now make housekeeping and engineering requests via the digital devices. Requests are then routed in real time to Quore, improving response times and ensuring more efficient service delivery. Crave guestroom tablets and Quore housekeeping software were both named “2019 Top-Rated Technologies” by HotelTechReport last month, each for a second consecutive year.
 
The LEED-certified Hotel Indigo San Diego Gaslamp Quarter, an IHG® Hotel located at 509 9th Ave., is the first hotel to install Crave digital guest directories with integration to Quore. This all-in-one solution will process guest requests quicker and with less friction.
