  • 03.12.15
NAVIS, a reservation sales and marketing system provider for the hotel, resort and vacation rental markets, will launch a major recruiting effort to expand its Orlando, Fla. offices.

NAVIS will hire 40 experienced call center associates known as reservation sales associates (RSA) and several manager and director-level sales professionals.

“We are launching an extensive Orlando hiring effort to grow our East Coast sales and client support team said Jim Helmich, NAVIS VP of human resources. “Our goal is to hire 40 hospitality reservation sales professionals for part-time, home-based positions by mid-April. Compensation will vary from $17 to $19 an hour depending on experience and results. The reservation sales associates on the NAVIS RezForce team are tasked with increasing revenue for our hospitality clients and providing a best-in-class experience for their guests.”

Helmich said NAVIS is also seeking to build their sales team with experienced solutions and consultative-oriented sales professionals, including building an experienced, world class management team.  NAVIS is looking for sales professionals with a track record of performance with SaaS, CRM or related multi-product line technology software solutions.  “This is a perfect opportunity for hospitality professionals to leverage their experience and join a respected technology company that serves their industry," said Helmich.

NAVIS is the only company that provides a holistic sales and marketing solution that increases revenue for hospitality and vacation rental companies from both online and offline (voice) channels. NAVIS has pioneered and perfected its processes over 16 years of client implementation and service. It is the leading company in its industry serving more than 350 clients that consistently report NAVIS increases revenue up to 100 percent from offline sources.

NAVIS will launch its Orlando recruitment effort mid-March. “We are excited to grow our team in Orlando and begin tapping into the talent pool in Florida and elsewhere on the East Coast,” said Helmich.
Newly hired reservation sales associates will receive six weeks of professional training before beginning work from their homes. These positions will begin in a part-time capacity and may grow to full-time depending on performance and business growth. For the professional sales roles, multiple openings exist at all levels, including at the director level. Interested job seekers may go to http://www.navisresorts.com/about/great-place/ for more information. Resumes can be sent to jobs@thenavisway.com.
