Nickelodeon and Sensatori Punta Cana to be First Resorts to Install Allin Interactive’s “Triple Play”

Allin Interactive announced that it has completed agreements to install Allin’s DigiHD™ interactive television, DigiMobile™ application for guest mobile devices and DigiPublic™ digital signage at the Nickelodeon Hotel and Resort Punta Cana and Sensatori Resort Punta Cana, both of which are Karisma Gourmet Inclusive® Resorts.

These properties will be the first resorts to install and activate the full set of three Allin Interactive technologies, all of which Allin is demonstrating in booth No. 607 at the HITEC conference June 19-21 in Houston, Texas.
 
“It is a tremendous privilege to be selected by Karisma Resorts to install our full ‘triple play’ interactive solution at these fantastic resorts,” said John Troutwine, SVP of business development at Allin Interactive. “Not only will we be able to provide an enhanced experience for guests, we will be able to deliver a truly synchronized content and system management platform for on-site staff.”
 
“We did a very thorough evaluation of interactive solution providers, and Allin clearly exceeded all others in terms of overall breadth of functionality, system value and ease-of-operation for our guests and our staff,” said Amaury Felipe Ortega, IT manager at Nickelodeon and Sensatori Punta Cana. “In addition, Allin’s experience in integrating with important established Karisma technology partners was a key factor in our decision to proceed with all three of Allin’s guest-facing applications.”
 
Allin’s DigiHD ITV system will deliver in-room on-demand entertainment as well as account review and other transactional guest services such as restaurant reservations and room service ordering. Allin’s DigiMobile application will offer on-demand resort information as well as on-site concierge and telecommunications services to guests, including guest-to-staff chat and calls. DigiPublic will present resort information, property maps and other services via its public kiosk mode. In addition, property staff will utilize the three systems’ advanced marketing and promotional capabilities to increase guest yields and overall profitability.
