Recognized hotel industry veteran, Susan brings more than ten years of hotel sales and marketing leadership to innRoad

innRoad announced the commencement of Susan Cotton as Director of Sales, Northeast Region. Presently, Susan is traveling the region hand-delivering the innRoad solution to hotels in search of higher profits.

A travel industry veteran, Susan has held director-level sales & marketing positions at travel giant, TravelClick, as well as Rosewood Hotels & Resorts and 300+ room independent hotels and resorts from Vail to Cape Cod.
A win for the company and hotel owners alike, Susan joins innRoad from TravelClick, where she consulted with over 300 hospitality accounts to develop bookings strategies to capitalize from electronic channels. Her recommendations included online advertising, search marketing, website design, social media, reservation software, business intelligence reports and travel agent media. During this time, Susan assisted individual hotels and hotel management companies in the effective management of digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and improve market share.
