Tripleseat, a web based event sales and management platform with over 4,000 venues, and GamePlan, an online direct event booking solution for restaurants and venues, announced their integration to allow venues to accept bookings directly from their marketing website and update the Tripleseat platform in real-time.
Tripleseat’s partnership with GamePlan will allow restaurants to seamlessly sync events between the two platforms, keeping room availability updated automatically and allowing them to view and manage their incoming GamePlan bookings within Tripleseat. Specifically, the integration will seamlessly import events made in Tripleseat as "blocked times" within GamePlan, which are reflected as unavailable on the customer facing online booking engine. Meanwhile, new bookings created through GamePlan are automatically inserted into Tripleseat as events, accounts and contacts with the relevant details.
“We’re excited to announce Tripleseat’s partnership with GamePlan to offer venues another booking channel to convert buyers and increase sales,” said Jonathan Morse, CEO of Tripleseat. “Online visitors on average leave websites in 20 seconds or less, so it is important to provide a positive, seamless experience for potential guests looking to book an event and venues looking to increase their revenue.”
GamePlan’s online booking benefits venues through converting more online visitors to increase sales and streamlining operations by reducing initial back-and-forth communication. It allows venues to showcase their large party and private event offerings online in an "interactive banquet package," offer instant price estimates with guests' desired room and menus, and accept bookings online with a credit card deposit. GamePlan targets venues that host more straightforward events such as happy hours, networking receptions and business dinners, that can benefit from the faster booking process.
"Our integration with Tripleseat allows restaurants to book more events with less effort, while ensuring that every event booked online is afforded the same level of hospitality and attention to detail as any other," said Josh Hoffman, CEO of GamePlan. “This integration will help reduce response times and streamline the booking process in order to maximize revenue.”
