ZDirect Integrates with Industry's Latest Solutions to Enhance the Guest Experience

ZDirect has further enhanced its eMarketing platform by providing hoteliers with innovative big data integrations and allowing for guest driven dynamic content to be automatically populated.

Alongside established services such as customized email communications, real-time guest profiles, and TripAdvisor integrations, ZDirect's latest enhancements give clients the ability to take advantage of industry innovations such as Apple Watch and Google Analytics. To ensure hotel guests receive relevant and fresh content, ZDirect has also provided properties with the ability to auto-populate recent blog posts onto stay related email communications. As a solution fully compatible with Apple Passbook (recently renamed Apple Wallet), ZDirect joins a growing number of services available on the Apple Watch that make the guest travel experience far more convenient and hassle-free. When linked to a hotel's property management system, the ZMail electronic communication platform turns a guest's confirmation into a mobile "pass" that is automatically sent to the Apple Watch Passbook feature. In addition to real-time travel alerts, travelers can access hotel address, phone number and confirmation code, saving both time and property resources. 
To get full value out of big data using analytics, hoteliers need tools that capture in-depth data from every source and a platform with the ability to analyze the information when needed. ZDirect's newest integration with Google Analytics provides hoteliers with valuable data from email campaigns including, opens, clicks and revenue. When Google Analytics tracking is enabled, this data is automatically added to the analytical data within the Google Analytics Dashboard by a process known as link-tagging. Automatically enabling Google tracking links within email marketing campaigns allows hotels to eliminate the need to upload result tracking parameters each time an email marketing campaign is launched; providing quicker access to timely data and a more comprehensive understanding of the results.
