Choice Hotels Promotes Brian Kirkland to Chief Technology Officer
Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world's largest hotel companies, announced the promotion of Brian Kirkland to the position of chief technology officer. In this new leadership role, Kirkland will oversee the company's overall information technology strategy, development and operations. He will report directly to John Bonds, senior vice president, enterprise operations and technology.

Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH), one of the world’s largest hotel companies, announced Chad Fletcher has joined the company as vice president of global sales. Hard Rock International, with an expanding global network of hotels and casinos, announced the promotion of Jeffrey Hook as executive vice president of development and marketing. In his new position, Hook will be responsible for the global development of Hard Rock Casinos outside of the Asian continent, where the company’s CEO of Asia, Ed Tracy, will continue to be responsible for casino development.

Elke Reichart becomes TUI Group’s Chief Digital Officer
TUI Group has created the new group function of chief digital officer in a move to bring its structure into line with its digitalization strategy and underpin its consistent implementation. The new post was taken over by Elke Reichart, an international top manager, starting February 1, 2018. Her previous functions include vice president strategy and planning at HP’s head office in Palo Alto, Calif. (USA), and supervisory board member at HP Deutschland. Alongside her responsibility for TUI Group IT, Reichart will also take over as CEO of TUI’s subsidiary TUI InfoTec after a transition phase.

UniFocus Appoints New Sales and Marketing Leadership
Positioning itself for continued rapid growth, UniFocus, the Dallas-based provider of one of the service industry’s most comprehensive workforce management systems and tools, has bolstered its sales and marketing organization at both the top and support levels with three strategic appointments. Aline Riemenschneider, VP-marketing, and Michael Wayne Greer, VP-sales, each have strong managerial resumes spanning more than 20 years, respectively. Steve Wynn Steps Down as Chairman and CEO of Wynn Resorts
Wynn Resorts' board of directors announced it had accepted the resignation of Steve Wynn as CEO and chairman of the board of directors. Matt Maddox, president, has been appointed CEO, and Boone Wayson has been named non-executive chairman of the board of directors, effective immediately.
