Agilysys Announces Strategic Partnerships with Both Xuvi and OfferCraft
Agilysys, Inc., a leading global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, and Xuvi, a data science company that uses immersive data analytics and automation to help companies make intelligent data-driven decisions about their business, announced that Agilysys is now a reseller of Xuvi’s solutions. This strategic partnership will help Agilysys customers increase profitability and improve guest loyalty. Xuvi’s easy-to-use BeamStudio™ platform, powered by SpendScore™ – patent-pending guest valuation scoring index, will be available with Agilysys’ PMS and POS solutions, to help deliver a better customer experience and drive revenue and cost optimization. Additionally, Agilysys and OfferCraft, a software company that uses artificial intelligence and gamification to make content more effective, announced that Agilysys is now a reseller of OfferCraft’s solutions. As part of the new relationship, OfferCraft’s software is being integrated with Agilysys’ point-of-sale and property management solutions to help hospitality venues increase revenue and guest satisfaction.

Agilysys’ Lodging Management System® Adds Mobile Housekeeping to Help Customers Increase Productivity and Maximize Revenue, and Continues to Offer Increased Payment Security with Support for Elavon Payment Gateway Services
Agilysys, Inc., a leading global provider of next-generation hospitality software solutions and services, announced new mobile housekeeping capabilities in the latest release of its Lodging Management System® (LMS). In addition to Mobile Housekeeping, LMS 7.4, announced during G2E in Oct. 2017, includes a wide range of new industry-leading features and add-on functionality that will enable operators to improve operational efficiency and drive revenue. Additionally, Agilysys announced general availability of its Lodging Management System® (LMS) version 7.3.6 for those customers that are not ready to move to LMS 7.4. The added support for rGuest Pay Connect in the 7.3.6 version of LMS enables customers who desire to use Elavon payment gateway services, including Elavon Fusebox and Elavon Simplify, to support card processing with EMV.

Maestro Multi-property PMS and Complete Module Integration Strengthens Preference-based Marketing, Enhances Guest Experience, Drives Overall Efficiency
Sands Resort, located in Myrtle Beach, S.C., selected Maestro PMS Multi-property to run its two ownership groups with the four resorts and multiple buildings on one Maestro multiproperty platform. When a multiproperty group’s guest profiles are on a central database each hotel can access preferences and guest activity for highly personalized service. With Maestro, guests receive a single itinerary to optimize their stay. The itinerary may combine room, restaurant and activity reservations regardless of which property provides the services.

WebRezPro PMS Integrates TTI Scan2PMS ID Scanning Solution
World Web Technologies Inc. (WWT) announced a direct interface between its WebRezPro cloud property management system (PMS) and TTI Technologies’ Scan2PMS, an ID and passport scanning solution. The direct interface between WebRezPro and Scan2PMS provides increased efficiency to the modern hotelier, resulting in a higher level of customer service. TTI Technologies’ scanning solution can scan more than 2,500 types of international identification cards (IDs) including driver’s licenses, government IDs and passports. Once scanned, Scan2PMS automatically sends the guest’s photo and contact information to the WebRezPro system. This process can speed up the check-in process, improve the accuracy of data and provide extra security against lost room keys and chargebacks.
