Cybertek MSSP, a hospitality-focused managed IT and cybersecurity services provider, today announced it will now operate as Cybertek Global. The updated name and business identity reflect the company’s continued expansion beyond the U.S., along with significant investments to deliver high-quality, specialized support to hotel organizations across Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

As part of the brand evolution, the company recently formed new strategic partnerships across Europe to strengthen regional support capabilities, expanded 24/7 support coverage to better serve hospitality operations worldwide, and implemented transformational internal process and leadership changes to achieve new levels of quality and reliability.

With hospitality organizations increasingly operating across multiple regions and time zones, these changes position Cybertek Global to deliver broader service availability, faster responsiveness, and a scalable support model built for international needs.

Cybertek Global will continue to actively support its domestic customer base. This update is not a shift away from existing customers, but an evolution designed to better serve hospitality organizations operating across multiple regions. As hotel groups expand internationally, Cybertek Global is committed to delivering consistent service standards, faster resolution times, and a seamless support experience across every property, regardless of location.

“Cybertek Global reflects the reality of our customer base and the direction of our company,” said Jeff Venza, Chairman. “We’ve reached a point where our services, partnerships, and customer support capabilities are extending well beyond the U.S. This new identity represents our focus on supporting hotels around the world with the consistency, expertise, and accountability they expect.”

“As a global hospitality company, consistency and responsiveness across regions are critical to our operations. Cybertek Global understands the realities of hotel IT environments and consistently supports our properties with the same level of quality and accountability, regardless of location,” said Rodney Linville, Global Head of IT at Nobu Hospitality. “Their hospitality focus and operational discipline make them a valuable extension of our internal IT team.”

Cybertek Global’s new identity builds on recent operational improvements, including updated leadership oversight, strengthened service standards, and enhanced accountability across customer support. These changes further reinforce the company’s ability to deliver reliable, high-quality service at scale.

“We’ve made concrete improvements in service coverage, accountability, and operational readiness—but just as importantly, we’ve adopted a global-first mindset, so customers can expect a stronger, more consistent experience across every region they operate in,” Venza added.

Cybertek Global has long distinguished itself as a leading provider of hospitality-specific IT support. Unlike generic IT providers, Cybertek Global specializes in hospitality environments and understands the systems hotels depend on daily. This expertise allows Cybertek Global to provide more accurate troubleshooting, faster resolution times, and stronger operational continuity for hotel teams.

Cybertek Global will continue serving its U.S. customer base while strengthening support for international hospitality operations. Additional details will be shared as the Cybertek Global brand rollout continues across the company’s digital platforms and customer communications.
