Joining after several highly successful years at Cendyn, Mikael Fries brings nearly two decades of leadership and management experience in enterprise software and hospitality technology to the company. Prior to Cendyn, he held senior roles at Oracle and NextGuest, spanning technical sales, product management and product development – giving him a rare, comprehensive end-to-end understanding of complex SaaS environments.
This combination further strengthens dailypoint’s Customer Success strategy and the value delivered to its hotel partners.
