VSR, a leader in cloud-based and AI communications for hospitality, announces the first VAIA™ Conversational AI Assistant integration with BOUNTE, the leading AI-powered lost and found application for the industry.

The integration between VSR’s VAIA and BOUNTE will enable guests to communicate more quickly and easily with the hotel by phone, leveraging AI for conversational multilingual communication. The addition of VAIA to BOUNTE allows the platform to seamlessly file a claim report without hotel staff intervention, helping unite guest with their missing items more quickly.
