We are very excited to share this issue with you. The industry is buzzing with activity and so are we. First, you'll notice there is a new look to the magazine. We’ve freshened and updated on every page – it's our way of ringing in 2016. Next, we've expanded the HSMAI section to include even more great articles from some wonderful industry thought leaders.
 The main theme for this edition centers around user experiences. When we shared this theme with our writers, everyone loved it, and without exception, everyone had something they wanted to say on the subject. We have included as many angles and perspectives as we could fit before presstime. However, sometimes an article or two that we receive doesn't make the final issue. When that happens, these articles are used in our blog and newsletter. You can find these at www.hospitalityupgrade.com/blog. I'm always disappointed when we can’t include every article in the magazine, but these educational pieces are so important, we will continue to get them to you using all the tools in our toolbox.
 2016 has just begun, and we're not done with the surprises yet. Look for some other big changes later this year when we will be taking our own advice to “focus on the X.” It's an exciting time.
