Hotel Concepts and Brilliant Hotel Software have joined forces to offer a strong combination of complementary products for the global hospitality market; Brilliant’s PMpro for large chainwide installations and Hotel Concepts IDPMS for hotel companies demanding centralized high-end systems.  Image Technology Systems, the developer of the Visual Matrix property management system, is seeing popularity among independent properties and several smaller franchises. Most notably, the company is the No. 1 vendor for Best Western International with over 900 Best Western properties.  Megasys Hospitality Systems celebrated its 20th anniversary by breaking into the camp and retreat space with its new module: BackPack. This new product allows guests to make reservations, receive real-time updates relevant to their stays, access essential travel information, and select from the services unique to your hotel.  Multi-Systems Inc., announced that its next-generation product, EnterprisePM, uses the latest in Microsoft .NET™ framework and delivers an intuitive user interface with a robust infrastructure capable of servicing multiple locations.  NORTHWIND expanded above and beyond the Maestro property management technology and delivers a total solution to meet PCI compliance, increase guest service, reduce costs and maximize online profitability.

PAR Springer-Miller Systems, one of the industry’s leading providers of hospitality management systems, announced the SMS|Host® hospitality management system, which includes more than 20 seamlessly integrated, guest-centric application modules, and provides hotel/resort staff with the tools they need to personalize service, exceed guest expectations, and drive revenue growth.  ResortSuite provides a unique guest-centric offering that combines common core capabilities with rich domain expertise in every operational area. Automated channel management provider, EZYield.com recently increased its direct data connections with online travel Web sites worldwide, and is offering integration with multiple global distribution and revenue management systems.  Often many hotel companies simply extract PMS data for their marketing data warehouses, but now the GuestWare Enterprise CRM system closes the integration loop to ensure a single view of the customer is maintained and used at touch points throughout the guest experience.  IDeaS Revenue Optimization, a SAS company, is focused on automated forecasting solutions that are specifically designed to assist hoteliers with a clear vision to their data through pricing, optimization strategies and a greater control over the business. 

Infor’s comprehensive global hospitality solutions for finance, customer relationship management, enterprise asset management, budgeting, forecasting, daily reporting and analytics enable you to meet these challenges and deliver the experience that your guests have come to expect.  InvoTech Systems provides a turn-key management system focusing on back-of-house operations which uses RFID, bar code, electronic signature capture, image scanning and biometric technology in user-friendly interfaces. Libra OnDemand’s software-as-a-service suite of applications is designed to increase revenue by fulfilling customer relationship management needs, and with a pay-as-you-go model, it is easy on any budget. 

Lorica Solutions presents the Lorica Room Center to resolve hardware, software, wiring and management issues for a truly converged hotel IP network.
