Kalibri Promotes Jennifer Hill to Senior Vice President for Commercial Strategy
Kalibri has promoted Jennifer Hill to Senior Vice President, Commercial Strategy, a senior leadership position. A member of the Kalibri team since 2018, Hill will spearhead the expansion of the company’s industry-first Hospitality Profit Platform, a solution designed to help hotels power profit and grow asset values.
“Jennifer came to Kalibri as a seasoned revenue manager and has been a critical part of our evolution these past seven years,” said Cindy Estis Green, Kalibri Co-Founder and CEO. “She has grown along with us and I am proud to welcome her to this elevated leadership role.”
A well-respected and sought after public speaker, Hill will continue to educate the industry on commercial strategy, profit optimization, and asset value enhancement, serving as a resource for owners and commercial leaders.

Hill joined Kalibri in January 2018 as Vice President, Client Solutions designing the company’s sales strategy and delivering year-over-year growth despite the impacts of the global pandemic. She was named the company’s first Vice President Commercial Strategy in January 2022, partnering with clients to maximize profits through Kalibri’s Hummingbird platform and shaping the industry’s first Commercial Strategy Certification.

Hill has spent her entire career in the hospitality industry, securing her first general manager role at just 26, and holding revenue management director positions for Lodgian, Interstate, and Highgate. Prior to joining Kalibri, she was the DC-area Regional Director, Revenue and Distribution for Highgate, overseeing combined annual revenues of more than $60 million.
A member of HSMAI’s Revenue Optimization Advisory Board, Hill was an HSMAI Top 25 award winner and an HSMAI Americas Revenue Management Professional of the Year winner.
