Mews, a leading hospitality operating system, has been selected as the property management system for Ash Hotels, the award-winning US hotel brand renowned for restoring historic properties as rich community hubs. All five Ash properties – including Hotel Peter & Paul, The Siren, Neptune, Ulysses and the upcoming Shenandoah Mansions in Virginia – will be fully onboarded to the platform by the end of this year.

Each Ash boutique hotel is rooted in local history and designed to immerse guests in the destination via authentic ties to the community that are involved in everything from programming to brand-published destination guides. From landmark restorations to cinematic interiors, the group’s philosophy centers on preservation, storytelling, and community engagement.

By implementing Mews’ modern property management system, Ash Hotels can eliminate time-intensive manual processes and gain the ability to share guest information seamlessly across its portfolio. Advanced reporting and guest intelligence tools will help teams identify VIPs and loyal travelers instantly, laying the foundation for a forthcoming loyalty program.
