Omniboost Launches Full Revenue Push Functionality for Toast POS to Mews PMS Integration
Omniboost, the global leader in hospitality data unification and automation, has announced a major enhancement to the Toast POS to Mews PMS integration powered by Omniboost: Full Revenue Push functionality – allowing Toast to provide a full, itemized revenue push directly into Mews. This capability enables hotels and restaurants to unify all outlet transactions into a single, reliable source of truth.
Powering hotel restaurant outlets across North America, this integration now delivers financial visibility and full synchronization of F&B operations within hotel environments - available seamlessly through the Omniboost platform.
Here’s what the new functionality means:
● No more manual entry: With real-time charges and near real-time reporting from Toast POS to Mews PMS, every F&B charge instantly updates guest profiles – reducing the manual burden, while being accurate and effortless.
● Improved guest insights: Hotels can use this data to better understand their guest behavior and how to optimize the guest experience.
● Full transaction itemization: Driving audit-ready, fast end-of-day reconciliation of items (including menu items, taxes, and transaction data) means smoother end-of-day closings.
● Granular revenue mapping for sharper insights: Revenue can be mapped by outlet, meal period, and sales category, empowering F&B and finance teams to get granular insights for detailed P&Ls and smarter performance reporting.
Streamlined Guest Experience with Room Charges
Hotel guests can be quickly located in Toast POS by name or room number pulled from Mews, allowing for effortless room charges and a personalized dining journey. Room charges are instantly pushed from Toast POS to Mews once a check is closed with the “Room Charge” payment method. Charges are immediately reflected on the guest’s Mews profile, enabling seamless, up-to-date posting.
Granular Revenue Mapping
Transactions are mapped based on Meal Periods, Sales Categories, and Revenue Centers, ensuring operational clarity and consistent financial reporting across departments.
Itemized Receipt Reporting
Each transaction includes detailed data, such as:
● Restaurant Name
● Menu Items
● Tax Breakdown
● Check Number
● Transaction Date
This level of detail simplifies reconciliation between POS and PMS systems, helping finance teams reduce manual work, minimize discrepancies, and maintain audit readiness.
Built on the Omniboost Platform
This integration and its functionality are fully powered by Omniboost’s proprietary data connectivity platform, which enables seamless automation, real-time synchronization, and deep configurability between some of the best-in-class systems like Toast and Mews.
