VSR, a global provider of cloud communications and conversational agentic AI solutions for hospitality, and Optii Solutions, a leading provider of hotel operations software, have completed an integration that brings AI-powered voice automation to hotel operations, helping reduce response times, improve service delivery and enhance the guest experience.
Through the integration, VSR's VAIA conversational agentic AI assistant enables guests and hotel employees to interact with the Optii platform using natural voice conversations in 26 languages. By combining VAIA's capabilities with Optii's hotel operations platform, hotels can improve operational efficiency while delivering faster, more responsive service to guests.

Hotel team members can create, update, and manage operational requests using simple voice commands from any phone, reducing manual processes and streamlining communication across departments.
