SpaSoft remains committed to five-star customer service and providing solutions to solve real-industry needs. SpaSoft has realigned its team and invested in bringing in new team members to further this commitment. SpaSoft has promoted Diana Hernandez to Senior Operations Analyst and welcomed Tanmai Handoo as a Trainer and Susan Fee as a Developer.

Diana has been a part of the SpaSoft team for over six years. Throughout her tenure at SpaSoft, Diana has spearheaded various notable projects, including refining the SpaSoft brand featuring a new logo depicting a lotus flower, a regarded symbol of strength, tranquility and resilience. Representing SpaSoft’s ability to grow and blossom in adverse conditions. Other projects include, designing and developing the website, and creating the SpaSoft Learning Lab, an eLearning platform for customers.

Currently, she is leading the transition to a new support system, aiming to empower the support team for enhanced customer service. Diana oversees various parts of SpaSoft's business operations in her new position, driving efficiency through system setup enhancements and process optimization.

Moving Diana into Operations gives SpaSoft an experienced leader with knowledge of our solutions, clients, and industry. Through unified leadership, SpaSoft can push forward innovative enhancements to its cloud and on-premise solutions while continuing to roll out new initiatives.

Susan has been with the Jonas Software family for over 35 years, working with the club systems group. She started as a support tech and learned the back and front end of the business before quickly moving into development. Susan will be focused on connecting SpaSoft to Jonas ARC, the proven, open integration platform that seamlessly connects all Jonas Hospitality products, as well as third-party systems, and Jonas Unify, Jonas Hospitality's newest brand that is solving the industry's data problem by unifying guest data and creating unprecedented connectivity between disparate systems across a hotel's tech stack.

The Development team is at the heart of the business; they are responsible for bringing our solutions to life. Adding Susan will boost the development bandwidth, resulting in more enhancements and more requests being developed.

Tan comes to SpaSoft with over seven years of experience administering enhanced training modules and new courses. With his joyful demeanor and true passion for training, he will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Professional Services (PS) team. His skills in managing health insurance claims, full cycle recruitment, new-hire training, and LMS content creation will be invaluable to us.

Professional Services is an integral part of SpaSoft's success and its clients. By investing in the PS Team, SpaSoft can provide in-depth training and support services to its clients to ensure they are set up for success when using SpaSoft solutions.

"We are excited about the realignment and new additions to the SpaSoft team. This move opens many doors and opportunities for us to build better solutions for our clients." Say, Erica Mullery, President of SpaSoft, "Having the right team and leadership in place encourages collaboration and makes our goal of unifying SpaSoft and Jonas Hospitality a reality."
