Erica has been a part of the Jonas Software family for 25 years holding various leadership positions, with her most recent role as Jonas Club’s Vice President of Operations and has extensive experience within the hospitality tech industry.
As president, Erica will be responsible for leading the company's strategic direction, driving growth, and ensuring that SpaSoft continues to provide exceptional products and services to its clients.
